As part of an ongoing finance transformation programme, you will be responsible for improving global Record to Report processes and leading a project to improve processes, and systems and improve the efficiency of the team.

As part of an ongoing finance transformation programme, you will be responsible for improving global Record to Report processes and leading a project to improve processes, and systems and improve the efficiency of the team.
Responsibilities for the R2R finance transformation lead include:
- Lead the project to bring R2R processes in line with business strategy
- Assess current R2R processes across global locations and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Develop and implement standardized R2R processes, policies, and procedures across the organization to ensure consistent and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and regions to gather requirements, provide solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Provide expertise in R2R domain, including financial reporting, consolidation, general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, and other related areas.
- Build the in-house R2R team, providing training and guidance.
- Monitor and report on the progress of R2R process improvement initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Strong background in R2R processes and project management.
- Solid understanding of R2R concepts, principles, and best practices, with experience in designing and implementing process improvements and designing functions and team structures
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, consolidation, and general ledger processes.
- Experience working in a global, multi-location environment, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
