Finance Transformation Business Analyst (Systems)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid - Glasgow, Edinburgh or Perth
Duration: 12 months initially - view to extend
Rate: £550 per day (inside IR35)
This role sits within the Systems stream of the Finance Transformation programme, a key initiative of which is implementation of Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close), which forms part of the Finance Systems Strategy and Roadmap.
You will have strong change management experience gained in previous finance transformation roles.
Key requirements:
- Experience of delivering transformation projects within finance functions, either as a consultant or as part of an in-house change-delivery team. This could be finance technology projects (e.g. EPM or ERP implementations) and finance process-improvements
- Good understanding of financial consolidation & close and management accounting concepts
- Understanding of the impact of the relationship between finance and other functions (IT, risk, tax, compliance etc.)
- Strong relationship skills with experience in a customer relationship role
Desirable:
- Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) desired
- FCCS Previous experience required
- Experience of Oracle EPM implementation desirable
