Location - East Yorkshire

Salary - up to £50K dependant on experience plus benefits

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Finance Transaction Processing Manager (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) for a successful business based in the East Yorkshire area.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, our client is looking for someone to take leadership responsibility for their Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team including Credit Control.

Key responsibilities as Finance Transaction Processing Manager

• Lead, develop and coach the transactional finance team (6) across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
• Take responsibility for invoicing, sales ledger / credit control and purchase ledger, as well as ad-hoc projects, requests, continuous reviews of procedures and controls.

• Ensure the function runs smoothly with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining, both internal and external relationships ensuring excellent service standards
• Work to improve aged debtors list
• Assist with the implementation of a new Finance ERP system

• Identify areas of improvement within the function to optimise performance and effectiveness.

To be successful as Finance Transaction Processing Manager, we are seeking the following:

• Proven experience in a similar role -managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable including Credit Control
• Excellent leadership and people development skills
• An excellent problem solver and able to demonstrate strong initiative ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience with MS Office & Accounting packages
• Ideally AAT qualified but not essential
