Are you ready to join a dynamic and fast-paced operations team? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Finance Analyst to become a part of our Corporate Strategy Group on a temporary basis. If you have a hands-on approach to accounting tasks and a passion for process development and innovation, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate: Work effectively with various teams within the organisation.
  • Balance Sheet Management: Understand and manage balance sheet transactions.
  • Finance Reporting: Prepare finance reports and participate in monthly meetings.
  • Month-End Reporting: Handle month-end reporting and data entry tasks.
  • Statutory Accounts: Support the preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Corporate Accounting Policy: Understand and enforce corporate accounting policies.
  • Risk Exposure: Identify and understand risk exposure.
  • Process Improvements: Analyse and improve existing processes.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced finance team.
  • Full or part accounting qualification.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.

Desirable:

  • Experience in an electronics or mechanical manufacturing/design environment.
  • Experience with Oracle systems.
