Finance Process Assistant - Part-time
This position is for a diligent Finance Process Assistant in the leisure, travel and tourism industry, who can provide robust support to the Accounting & Finance department in a well-organised and precise manner.

Description
Your duties will include:
- Day to day operation of producing and processing sales invoices
- To assist with the processing of purchase invoices as required
- Work with other team members to ensure that the month end process timetable deadlines are met
- Work with budget holders and other staff to ensure correct coding and authorisation levels are maintained
- Deliver excellent customer service to budget holders and internal staff
- Ensure that working relationships with external customers and suppliers are of a high professional standard at all times
Profile
Successful candidates will need:
- Solid understanding of double entry bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- able to review info supplied for consistency and accuracy of expected coding and VAT treatment
- Good IT skills
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Good practical experience of using cloud-based finance system
- Experience of dealing with significant volume of transactions
- Relevant VAT experience desirable
