Finance Officer

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading non-profit organisation in North Bristol with their search for a Finance Officer basis to join their team. If you have experience in an accountancy department and are passionate about finance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the purchase ledger and assisting with payroll processing.
• Supporting with sales ledger transactions e.g. preparation of invoices.
• Checking staff expenses and providing assistance as required.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and processing transactions.
• Post month-end journals in ledger.
• Updating monthly cash-flow forecasts and chasing outstanding debts to complete quarterly reports.

We Would Love to See:

• Experience of working within a finance department and processing purchase and sales transactions.
• Ideally some familiarity with SAGE accounting and payroll software.
• Pro-active approach and ability to manage own workload.
• Great attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
