Finance Officer
Altum Consulting is proud to be partnering with an ambitious humanitarian iNGO to help them recruit a finance officer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the programme finance team by supporting the partners of the organisation with accurate financial reports.

Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing weekly payment runs using Microsoft Business Central.
- Setting up and making sure all payments are released using the online banking system.
- Processing all staff expenses, including monthly credit card returns and reconciling cash advances.
- Ensure all the transactions are processed accurately in Microsoft Business Central.
- Assisting the financial accountant with balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting the financial accountant with any system or process improvements.
Candidate Specification:
- Ideally, be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA, or equivalent).
- Ideally have experience in the finance department of an international NGO.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with multiple currencies.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong general IT skills.
