I am seeking an experienced Senior Finance Officer for a temporary position within my client's finance team, however there is an opportunity for this to become a permanent role.   The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing detailed monthly management reports and cash flow reports, with proficiency in using HCSS Access software.

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Generate comprehensive cash flow reports and forecasts to support financial planning.
• Ensure data integrity within the HCSS Access system and other financial databases.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes and financial controls.
• Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
• Provide support and financial insights to aid decision-making across the organisation.

• Proven experience in a finance role with a focus on management reporting.
• Strong ability to produce monthly management and cash flow reports.
• Proficiency in HCSS Access and a solid understanding of financial systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant finance qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) are desirable.
