Skills and Knowledge Required:

• • Ideally a 2nd time mover or a commercially experienced Accountant
  • Certified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Certified Accountant
  • Relevant Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managerial reporting
  • Proficient in the preparation of UK statutory accounts, although limited in the role
  • 1/3 of the role Month End, rest being commercially focused
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledgeable about UK corporate taxes and VAT regulations
  • Familiarity with property transaction processes
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude, embracing change eagerly
  • Displays curiosity and a desire for continuous learning
  • Sharp attention to detail, capable of conducting initial reviews of team outputs
  • Some exposure to system implementation would be beneficial
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously under tight deadlines.
