Finance Manager

A rapidly growing manufacturing company in North Sheffield. Part of a larger Group, but with a family run culture they have ambitions to double turn over in 3-5 years.

Reporting to the Finance Director but heavily involved with the senior leadership team across the business

• Prepare the monthly management accounts for sites delivering a profit and loss for each which all feed into a consolidate set of accounts.
• Review and allocate all stock transactions within the month to the relevant sale or purchase.
• Provide margin analysis at various reporting levels. i.e per despatch, per sector, per site
• Material price variance analysis and posting of journal.
• Provide analysis on variances to budget including commentary for the FD and MD to review
• Support in the preparation of the budgets annually
• Collation of required information for the annual audit.

You will be;

• Proven work experience as Management Accounts or similar role.
• CIMA/ACCA qualified
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Good I.T skills with the ability to manipulate data and analyse statistics.
• Emotional intelligence and empathetic.
