Finance Manager Opportunity

Are you a finance professional seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to lead a small team and make a significant impact within our growing organisation. In this role you'll have the chance to contribute both strategically and hands-on, collaborating closely with directors and managers across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, including reporting packs and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
  • Develop and uphold financial processes and controls.
  • Present reports to senior management, providing analytical insights into business performance.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including income and cost reconciliation.
  • Efficiently manage the small finance team, offering guidance and training as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in producing management accounts.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
