Finance Manager

A new opportunity now exists for a Finance Manager to join a small, fast growth high end luxury fashion brand to be based in Central London

The role reports directly into a Finance Director based globally and you will therefore be given a huge amount of opportunity to lead the team in London (2 reports)

Key responsibilities will include the following

* Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
* Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes in accordance with (I)FRS standards.
* Manage tax-related activities, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Transfer Pricing, and other tax matters.
* Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits
* Drive project management initiatives within the finance function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
* Ensure consolidation of financial data across business units, providing accurate and timely financial insights.
* Provide guidance and support on accounting, compliance, and regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
* Provide on going analytical support when required
* Support senior leadership on an ongoing basis with ad hoc project work in relation to financial operations , systems and process improvement as well as commercial finance matters

We are seeking qualified finance professionals (or overseas equivalent) who possess relevant post qualified experience
Strong grounding within technical finance, statutory accounting
Strong analytical skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
Sector experience is not required although the ability to work within a 'hands-on', fast paced, fast growth environment is key
