Finance Manager

NXTGEN recruitment are pleased to be working exclusively in partnership with a high growth organisation based near Norwich, who seek a Finance manager to join the team. As Finance Manager you will play a key role in working closely with the FD and other Directors within the business from both a commercial and technical stance. This role is offering an opportunity to be mentored by the FD to eventually become the successor (this time frame will be down to your learning and development) My client would also look at taking someone who is ready for the step in to the role sooner rather than later. If your hungry and keen to develop then this is a role that will allow you to grow in technical and commercial areas as well as being taught styles of people management. With all this, you will be given free range to share ideas and input on important business decisions.

The main duties are :

• Completion of monthly management accounts.
• Cashflow management
• Direct management of finance team.
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• VAT returns..
• Improvement of process and procedures
• Team Management and mentoring of studiers
• Regular communication with the Finance Director and Company Directors of the business.
• Support in business-critical decisions
• Conduct project work for the Directors, to support Company growth and development.
• Support with annual audits, liaising with external auditors and bodies as required.

You will be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified OR QBE and will have experience in a similar role .
