My Cheshire client is looking for a new Finance Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance department and ensuring all financial operations run smoothly.

Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
• Develop financial strategies to enhance profitability and manage cost efficiency.
• Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information for management decision making.
• Ensure all financial practices are in line with statutory legislation and regulations.
• Assess financial risks and work to minimise them, ensuring efficient risk management.
• Coordinate budgeting and business forecasting processes.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Interact with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in finance or a related field.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
