Finance Manager | Interim | Hybrid working


Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with an NHS Trust in the South East, to recruit a Finance Manager on an initial 3 - 6 month interim basis (strong possibility for extension). This role can be performed on a flexible and hybrid basis.

Role:

  • Providing a robust finance business partnering service to a number of key Directorates
  • Liaising with budget holders and non-financial staff
  • Responsible for reporting month end position to date
  • Managing and supporting a small team of management accountants
  • Identifying and acting on all cost reduction opportunities
  • Variance analysis responsibilities

Person:

  • Public Sector Finance experience
  • Able to understand and present financial information
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven business partnering approach
  • Fully Qualified Accountant, or significant experience in a similar role within the NHS
