Being solely responsible for all aspects of finance for the GB, this is a key role for the business, where typical duties include:

• Supervise all GL accounting
• Managing and leading the finance team
• Provide a business partnering service to the UK Senior Management Team, providing information and advice as required
• Month and Year end close
• Budgeting, variance analysis and reporting for management both UK and abroad
• Provide cashflow information
• Lead annual audit
• Ensure compliance with regional accounting and controlling processes
• Supporting the continuous development of processes and procedures

Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following skills and experience:

Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

Proven track record within an accounting role at a similar level within a complex business structure

Excellent communication and management skills

IT Literate - Microsoft Excel is essential, SAP would be advantageous

Strong commercial acumen and experience of business operations is essential

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business who are growing and where you are encouraged to make the role your own.  Occassional overseas travel will required, along with UK travel on an adhoc basis (overnight allowance is paid for travel away from home)

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 2 days in the office an 3 from home, with working hours being flexible between the hours of 7.30 - 6pm (40 hour working week).  Excellent benefits package which includes: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (increases with length of service), Pension (Company contribution 8%), Life Assurance, Private Medical, Health cashback plan, alongside other benefits
