Our client, an exciting multisite organisation, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team based in Oxfordshire. This role offers an excellent career opportunity due to its varied duties, exposure to multiple business areas and the chance to work closely with the wider organisation.

Role Overview:
As the Finance Manager, you will undertake a key position, lead a small team and liaise closely with the Finance Director, playing a key role in providing accurate and insightful reporting.

Your responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading and development of a team
  • Statutory, financial and management accounts
  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee P&L and cash flow analysis
  • Delivery of audited accounts
  • Maintain Internal controls and improve processes
  • Lead systems improvements and projects


To be considered for the role of Finance Manager, you will require:

  • Qualified (ACCA/ACA)
  • Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills
  • Experience of budgeting and forecasting and the preparation of analysis
  • Demonstrated team leading experience
  • Excellent systems skills
