Finance Manager - 12 Month MAT Cover

2 days in the London Office, 3 days home

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum

A lovely SME Luxury retail/design business in London are looking for a Finance Manager/Bookkeeper for a 12 month contract starting in May 2024.

You will work closely with the CEO and have support of two transactional staff members.

Duties to include:

  • Overseeing the sales and purchase ledger assistants
  • Month end process
  • Completion of quarterly VAT Returns
  • Preparation of year end accounts to support external Accountants
  • Managing the company’s multi-currency bank accounts
  • VAT / Export guidance
  • Process monthly payroll and pension
  • Stock management and reconciliations
  • Providing sales and cost analysis
  • Preparation of Sales / KPI reports
  • Providing budget and cashflow forecasts

Requirements:

  • Previous SME experience
  • 5 years + Finance experience
  • Able to start in May
  • Advantageous to have sage 200 and/or stock experience
