Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a membership organisation based in Central London to source a Finance Manager on a 6 month contract to assist with staff cover, system efficiencies and process improvement. This role will directly support the Head of Finance.

Duties:

• To post the monthly payroll journal and reconcile the payroll control accounts

• To reconcile other balance sheet control accounts on a regular basis
• To oversee/carry out the reconciliation of all bank accounts
• To carry out all month end procedures and to post month end journals
• To produce monthly Management Accounts for review by the Head of Finance
• To liaise with budget holders as necessary
• To deal with Member queries as required
• Ensure all finance records are kept securely, accurately and adequately
• Managing, supporting and developing the Finance Officer

Salary + additional information

• £45,000 to £50,000 (DOE)
• 3 days in the office 2 days from home
