Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this Finance Manager position include:

  • Oversee month-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead audit preparation activities, liaising with auditors and ensuring a smooth audit process.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and streamline processes.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

The key requirements for this Finance Manager role include:

  • Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in month-end reporting, audit preparation, and balance sheet management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
