Your new role.
This is an exciting, varied Finance Manager job, which will combine leading a team, re engineering process and procedures and monthly reporting. You will have the opportunity to business partner with key stakeholders, make the job your own through innovation. Further duties will include month end, P&L and balance sheet.
Inspiring and leading the team. You will rotate around the operational finance team, which will help you grow and develop. This job is an excellent stepping stone for an aspiring Financial Controller.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACCA, ACA, OR CA qualified with a passion to lead, grow and develop. This position is ideal for someone who has managed a transactional team or has practice experience. You will be inquisitive, and enjoy finding better ways of doing things. You will ultimately want to be a Financial Controller.
