ABPM as experts in financial recruitment are supporting an established service organisation in North Lincolnshire to recruit a Finance Manager.

The successful individual will be a qualified or experienced accountant who can use their strong analytical skills and proactive mindset to think outside the box to support development and growth throughout the business. An ideal opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make an impact.

An insight into your responsibilities:

  • Production of monthly management information and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasting and cash flow.
  • Provide innovative information to support departments and management.
  • Business partnering to identify cost-saving solutions.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and weekly reporting.
  • Processes and systems development.
  • Ad-hoc tasks when required.

Do you have the knowledge and experience?

  • ACA / ACCA / ACMA / QBE.
  • Excellent communications skills to liaise with our internal/external partners.
