This role will allow the incoming Finance Manager to take ownership of their own projects and specialise in their chosen areas, whilst helping the business achieve their wider goals and drive performance. As such, we are looking for someone with astute financial management skills and a desire to challenge the status quo.

The Role:
- Production of management accounts packs, including commentary and comparing budgets to actuals.
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- Completion of budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and controls to drive efficiency.
- Manage and lead 2 direct reports.
- Full management of project finances and handling of new onboarding projects in coordination with the Finance Director.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
- Either a 1st/2nd mover from practice or someone who possesses a well-rounded technical industry exposure to management and financial accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
- Experienced with Excel and accountancy systems.
Main highlights:
- Up to £55,000 base salary
- 15% bonus in first full year which will then rise year on year.
- Hybrid working pattern (3 days office / 2 working from home)
