We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support a team passionate about organising the most creative holidays on the planet.

Reporting to the Finance Director this role will be responsible for heading up the finance function, implementing new reporting processes and helping to deliver the strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Payments and payment reconciliation
• Project accounting
• Identifying cost savings and managing budgets
• Preparation of end of year accounts
• Compliance and regulatory accounting

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel sector
• Be entrepreneurial, a ‘doer’, and enjoy working within small team environments
• A genuine passion for travel, adventure and luxury
• Experience on Xero or similar systems would be beneficial
• Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience

Salary & Benefits: 

• £33,000 to £37,000 per annum DOE with excellent employee benefits.
• Hybrid work, with 3 days in our London office and two days working from home
• Annual bonus scheme, and £1,000 to put towards benefits of your choice each year
• 23 days holiday, increasing for long term service
• Good office environment with regular social events
• Opportunity for travel trips
