Finance Manager (Growth Role)£50,000 + Full Suite of BenefitsNantwich / Hybrid / Flexitime

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced and 'hands-on' Finance Manager to take the reins of a well-oiled Finance function and make the role your own, add value along the way!

This is a stable, cash-rich and growing business with a senior leadership team who cares about its employees. There is a real 'community' feel about the offices and everyone was so welcoming when I met them yesterday.

The Finance Director, an audit-trained ACA qual, is an experienced mentor and has time and energy available to support you with your personal and profession growth journey. He actively wants his new Finance Manager to seek out areas to add value and he will support your decisions at every turn!

The Finance Manager role will of course include as BAU accounting activities - monthly management accounts, month-end close, supervision of 2 assistants, group reporting and controls/audit and much more, but after the accounts have been closed on day 3, you've got 3 weeks to enjoy the more exciting aspects of shaping the accounts of a growing and well-established business.

As Finance Manager you'll be rewarded with a great salary, flexitime, hybrid working model, pension, staff discounts, your birthday off, 25 days holiday (increasing with service) and of course the chance to flex your accounting wings and try out new things!

If you have a passion for accounts, are an experienced Finance Manager and want to make a difference too, then please get in touch for full details and send your CV to /
