Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing, dynamic business in the Henfield area on a permanent contract.

This role is responsible for the financial control in the UK where you will provide financial insight and decision support during tenders, awards and projects.

Your duties will include:

• Manage the UK office with several financial accounting functions (team of 4)
• Preparation and presentation of financial and management reports (monthly and quarterly)
• Liquidity management, preparing cash flow forecasts and managing foreign exchange risks
• Managing the accounting department through the Financial Shared Service Centre
• Manage UK office for all year end audit requests and questions
• Performing solicited and unsolicited ad-hoc analyses and reviews
• Manage the continuing improvement programme as rolled out by Head office
• Actively ensuring an effective and robust financial control environment on the projects

Key requirements:

• Ideally you will be CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in various (senior) accounting roles ideally in a large-scale complex project environment
• Strong communication and social skills
• Flexible, results-oriented, independent and driven
