Finance Manager

Robert Half are recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager on either a full time or part time to support for a 4-5 month period based in London.

Responsibilities:

• Management Accounts & Financial Reporting
  • a. Manage Payables and Receivables processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage the payroll process/system to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Check payroll data each month before submission
  • Submit VAT returns and payments to HMRC, Irish Vat returns and PSWT
  • Ensuring PAYE is paid on time each month.
  • Work with external accountants to prepare annual statutory accounts and supporting Schedules.
• Management Accounts
  • Monitor cash flow and provide analysis and projections
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports for company/group.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process and provide schedules as required.
• Payment Authorisations
  • Manage and monitor financial authority levels to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and monitor the expenses process.
  • Agree and then authorise electronic payments.
  • Calculate any extraordinary payments where required

• 4-5 month
• Full time or Part time
• £300-400pd outside IR35
• Maximum 1 week notice
• Office based
