Finance Manager

iMultiply are supporting this organisation in their search for a Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant to join their team based in Stirling. This role is offered on a permanent basis with a flexible, hybrid working model.

The Company

The business produces high quality services and solutions to businesses in the areas of textiles, packaging and document services. While operating as a commercially viable and efficient business, the business is a social enterprise.

The Role

The Main Responsibilities:

- Complete monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow

- Maintain up to date reconciliations of all financial ledgers, including bank accounts

- Prepare annual budget and perform monthly variance analysis

- Ensure on time submission of all pay related information to HMRC and Group Pensions to ensure legislative compliance and the avoidance of penalties

- Ensure on time submission of other legislative reporting, including VAT

- Lead and direct the finance team within Haven, to include Payroll

- Provide support to operational staff with job costings and other financial requirements

- Take the lead on both internal and external audits

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified or Qualified by Experience accountant who is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in finance and a passion for driving financial success. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for the flexibility and responsibility to manage their own time.

It would be advantageous if you had experience:

• 5+ Years in commercial accounting
• Sage Payroll, Sage Accounts, Excel, Legislative Regulations
• Experienced leader with good people and performance management skillsxperienced leader with good people and performance management skills
