Finance Manager

Your new company
Your new company are a highly reputable and growing organisation based in Christchurch. They are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join the team. You will be part of a friendly, small team responsible for the day to day running of the accounts function. They operate a hybrid working policy although initially you will be required to work in the office whilst getting to know the business/role.

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the finance team. You will assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts and P&L reporting. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting as well as bank reconciliations and VAT returns. Finally, you will ensure the monthly payroll is completed accurately and on time.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will ideally be AAT qualified, studying or looking to continue with further studies (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and will have worked in a similar busy finance manager role. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player who enjoys working in a "hands-on" environment. You will be an excellent communicator with good Excel skills.
