Location: Burton On Trent

Salary: £50,000 - £58,000

Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working

Role Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. This role offers a blend of responsibilities including reconciling balance sheets, overseeing group consolidations, engaging in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and conducting systems analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Lead group consolidation processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Conduct systems analysis to optimize financial processes and enhance efficiency.
