This East London-based leading facilities service business is on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Manager to bolster their team amidst their continued growth.

Position Overview:
The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-tier reporting, analysis, and data insights, with a specific emphasis on project margin analysis and forecasting. Collaborating closely with engineers, supervisors, finance peers, and senior management, you'll spearhead sustainable growth initiatives through proactive financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Financial Controller, your duties will revolve around delivering precise and punctual financial reporting, generating fortnightly rolling cash forecasts, conducting in-depth revenue and margin analyses, optimizing working capital, aiding in budgeting and KPI tracking, fortifying internal controls, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining transparent communication across all levels.

Qualifications:
Candidates should boast qualifications from ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, coupled with robust analytical skills, a track record of meeting stringent deadlines, a knack for driving continuous improvement, adept IT proficiency including advanced Excel and preferably Power BI, experience in delivering financial insights to senior management, and a comprehensive understanding of UK accounting and taxation.

Salary and Benefits:
The offered salary ranges from £50,000 to £63,000 (depending on experience), alongside an ample holiday allowance, enrollment in a government-approved pension scheme, prospects for career growth within a rapidly expanding company, a dedicated focus on employee well-being including access to an external support line, and perks such as an employee engagement app with retail discounts and round-the-clock access to a Virtual GP.
