Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing the year-end external audit processes at both group and local levels
• Create management reporting packs for third party investors
• Prepare/review reconciliation of management P&L to trial balance
• Perform quarterly balance sheet reviews and P&L reviews
• Produce quarterly consolidated group accounts
• Responsible for cost budgets for all investment and property holding entities together with quarterly actual to budget updates
• Ensure compliance with quarterly bank covenant reporting
• Prepare/review VAT, CIT returns and any year-end tax provisions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as requested

Successful Candidate:

• ACA Qualified or equivalent
• Audit background preferred
• Available at short notice
• Strong technical IFRS knowlegde
