Finance Manager - 3-month contract - Reading, Berkshire - £300-£350 per day (Inside IR35) - Hybrid

FryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with a PE backed Technology business in Reading, Berkshire to assist in hiring a Finance Manager to join this fast-growing organisation.

The successful candidate will directly support the Financial Controller and will be tasked with leading various projects across the finance function to operate and support business growth during this exciting phase.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparation of Monthly Management accounts.
• Supporting with the preparation of Year End Accounts.
• Making recommendations to the team on how to improve current processes around audit and compliance.
• Support the roll out of a new ERP system.

Desired Skills:

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• First-rate communicator with the ability to build relationships with colleagues quickly
• Self-starter with a pro-active approach to their work
• Strong IT skills across finance systems and Advanced user of Excel
