Position Overview:

As Finance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing all financial management activities, from corporate accounting to regulatory reporting and internal controls. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and ensure financial integrity across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost management, inventory accounting, fixed assets, FX revaluation, and revenue recognition.
  • Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and variance reporting.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and publish monthly financial statements for corporate and site-level stakeholders.
  • Drive the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with tax filings.
  • Research technical accounting issues and implement policies for compliance.
  • Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve accounting policies and financial processes.
  • Foster strong business partnerships with key stakeholders, including group, sales, and operations teams.
  • Develop financial capabilities within the team and promote professionalism across the organsation.

Candidate Profile: Skills:

  • Qualified and/or experienced in management or financial accounting.
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proficiency in cash management and business partnering.
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasts, and payroll.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of BI and SAP is a plus.
  • Good business acumen with experience in SMEs and corporate environments.
