Are you a Finance Manager with ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualification or similar looking for a varied and autonomous where you will oversee Financial processes and undertake hands-on work within a well-established yet growing SME who offer opportunity to increase your earnings through a bonus and to be the technical Finance expert in the company?

This company are a leader in LED lighting who provide their products into the commercial industry globally, and have been doing so for over 18 years. Due to a coworker moving on they are looking for a new Finance Manager to join their team.

In this varied role you will be the go-to finance specialist in the company. You will be responsible for hands on work including sales ledger, reconciliation of accounts, bookkeeping, financial planning and pricing analysis. Further to this you will work closely with the directors and senior leadership on business strategy, budgeting and growth plans.

This role would suit a Finance Manager with ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualification or similar looking for an autonomous and varied hands on role within a well-established company offering a bonus and opportunities for ongoing technical progression.

The Role:

• Be responsible for the overseeing all finance function within the business
• Hands on finance work including - bookkeeping, financial planning, pricing analysis, purchase ledger etc.
• Work closely with the directors on budgeting, strategy and growth planning
• Ongoing progression and development opportunities
• Liaise with Finance Director, other members of senior leadership and key Stakeholders

The Person:

• Finance Manager or similar
• ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualification or similar
• Commutable to Newbury
