Finance Manager (Practice)

Fin Search are recruiting a newly created Finance Manager on a permanent basis for a growing accountancy practice with a loyal and varied client base, with offices based in Wetherby.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home each week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a bright ACCA/ACA qualified manager within practice looking to manage their own portfolio of clients, not only producing accounts but providing added value commercial business advice.

This role will be reporting in to the Managing Director, responsible for providing an all encompassing accounting and advisory service to a portfolio of clients whilst managing a small team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACCA/ACA qualified
• Have a practice background at management level
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
