Salary: £50,000 - £55,000, plus hybrid working - 2 days remote per week

Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? An exciting opportunity awaits at a rapidly growing and dynamic company in a unique sector.  My client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance team in this newly created role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5, driving process improvements and strategic initiatives
• Partner with Directors across the business, providing financial insights and guidance
• Take ownership of Monthly Management accounts, including variance analysis and board reporting packs
• Collaborate with the CFO on forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
• Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Qualified in CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or qualified by experience
• Experience in management accounting, practice or a similar role
• Opportunity for progression to Financial Controller in the short to medium term
