Finance Manager - growing SME

Due to continued growth this company are looking for a Finance Manager. They have enjoyed considerable success since its creation in 2005. They operate in a fast moving environment and has a vibrant workforce

Working closely with the Managing Director and with the wider team to improve and add value in all areas of the business. This is a varied and hands on role from day to day accounting through to providing commercial expertise and advice to ensure the continued success and growth of the business.

• Lead a small team of Finance staff to produce regular and ad hoc management information to aid key decision making
• Contribute to the achievement of the company business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy
• Develop and control the annual operating budget to ensure all financial targets are met
•  Overseeing finance system and ensuring that adequate internal controls and checks are in place
•  Overseeing and liasing with external auditors to ensure that the financial accounts are presented accurately

You will be;

• Qualified Accountant or exceptional Commercial Qualified by Experience Accountant
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller/ Senior Financial Manager
• Hands on attitude
• Strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement long-term plans
• Commercial acumen with the ability to add value  and the ability to to develop a commercial mind set in others
