Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with an Award-Winning Creative Agency helping with their search for a Finance Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The agency has seen 50% growth in the last 12 months, and they belong to one of the UK's most successful independent Agency groups turning over around £150mill globally.

They have a fantastic office space in Covent Garden and a strong focus on advertising, branding, investment, SEO, and digital marketing solutions. They are a values driven business who are now looking for an eager Finance Manager to join their sociable, collaborative finance team.

The Role:

This position is a 9-12-month FTC.

Reporting into an experienced Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on all aspects of the Agency's finances. The role offers great exposure to working with senior management to develop business finance strategies. This is very much an end-to-end Finance Manager role, where you will take ownership of the Management Accounts, create & manage budgeting & forecasting process, liaise with internal and external stakeholders proving input into key business decisions and other ad-hoc financial duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the company accounts and finances
• Financial transaction management
• Business partner with the wider teams
• Leading on commercial projects
• Month end journals, accrued/deferred revenue, accruals, and prepayments
• Revenue recognition (accounting treatment of revenue and impact of deliverables)
• Cash flow forecasts
• Identify and implement improvements to the Financial Control environment
• Monthly management account information
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for balance sheet codes

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

• Finalist or QBE
• Creative Agency / Media experience
• MS Excel proficient
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good all-rounder, proactive, team player

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

• Paprika accounting software experience
• Sole Agency experience

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £50-55K

Location: Central London / Hybrid (2 days WFH)
