Client Support - Equities / Corporate Actions

Our client, a global organisation and leader in the finance and technology sector, is seeking highly motivated individual with an excellent customer service skills and a passion for finance to join their team and work in exciting project. This is a 1-Year temporary contract with an immediate start date.

This position will involve supporting company's clients with their requests via ticketing system, instant messaging service and phone calls. All questions/queries will be related to Equity Corporate Actions data.

Successful candidates will receive world-class training, get to work in a complex and exciting environment and will have the opportunity to apply for permanent roles within the business. This is a great opportunity for graduates of finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline to begin their finance career within a leading organisation in the technology and finance industry.

Applicants should have extremely good communication skills and be confident to engage with finance professionals over the phone. Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and motivation while working in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor or/and Master's degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience.
  • Keen interest in financial markets is essential.
  • Knowledge of Equities and Corporate Actions is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fantastic customer service skills and ability to engage with finance professionals.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to start work immediately.
  • Genuine commitment to this role and desire to progress.
