This rapidly growing Real Estate investment company are looking for a Finance Manager to support the Finance Director with a range of tasks across Fund and Corporate Accounting. The company invest in and manage income producing assets and are set to double their portfolio to £4bn in the next 12 months, as well as increasing headcount by 50%.

Working alongside some of the leading investment firms in the industry, this is a fantastic time to join the company as they embark on the next stage of their growth. This role will have visibility across the whole business and can grow in stature as the individual gains experience.

The company have a flexible working policy, so you can expect to work from home 2 days a week if desired.

Duties:

  • Fund Accounting and liaising with external administrators
  • Corporate reporting for onshore and offshore entities
  • Debt reporting and structuring
  • Assisting with tax structuring
  • Quarterly and annual reporting and coordination of audits
  • Assisting with the raise of a new fund with external capital
  • Investor reporting for equity partners and 3rd party Monthly Fee income invoicing to third party capital partners
  • Assist in preparing fund-raise documents alongside wider team
  • Work on company presentations
  • Assist and oversight over service providers – administrators, corporate accountants / tax advisors, auditors, IT providers, JV partners

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA)
  • Preferably trained in practice on a mixture of audit and account preparation
  • Direct experience with funds, either from audit or administration
  • Excellent communicator
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
