Are you a Consulting Manager with Finance Transformation experience?

We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join our new Financial Excellence Consulting Team at NHS SBS!

In this exciting new role, you will work closely with NHS clients to transform their finance departments and you will deliver on the next generation of the integrated single financial environment (ISFE) system!

You will lead on strategic service re design and target operating model design, shaping solutions for clients.

This role will be hybrid, with some travel to client sites and NHS SBS offices across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and deliver on medium assignment, projects, pre-sales and proposals
  • Work with clients to identify and shape the new finance transformation opportunities
  • Help departments to assess their operating model, capability, operations and technology
  • Client engagement
  • Support on shaping overall solutions

What you’ll bring:

  • NHS finance experience
  • Understanding of constraints within NHS finance departments
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) experience
  • Client facing consulting experience
  • Strong change management skills
  • Team management experience

It would be great if you had:

  • AAT, CIMA, ACA or relevant degree

Salary: Up to £70k per annum dependent on experience
