Finance Director (9 month ftc)

I am recruiting an Interim Finance Director for a PE backed multi-site business which is currently undergoing a finance transformation project.

Your remit will cover FP&A / Commercial Finance, Investor Relations and Finance Transformation.

You must be able to:

• Provide oversight and guidance to your direct reports to enable them to deliver on their objectives.
• Operate as a hands-on FD, Head of FP&A, Finance Business Partner when necessary to get things done.
• Step away from the business and provide strategic direction to optimise performance and improve ineficiencies (through systems enhancements / automation etc.).

I anticipate that you will be a Chartered Accountant (big 4 / top 10 by training), having progressed to Finance Director with experience gained in a mixture of large, mid-size and PE backed environments. Your orientation will be towards FP&A / Commercial Finance, however you will be in possession of a history in financial control. Some of your financial leadership / finance director experience must have been gained in a multi-site environment i.e., retail, healthcare, leisure, real estate etc.

You must be available immediately and able to start a new assignment in early May.
