Finance / Corporate Services Officer

Your new company
Based in Glasgow, our client, a well-known Public Sector organisation, is recruiting a Finance/Corporate Services Officer to join their busy Corporate Services team on a month to month basis. The contract is Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm. The role will be undertaken in the office, with public transport links and onsite parking available.
Your new role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will take ownership of varied and fast paced workload. Your duties will include; processing invoices, meeting minutes, preparation of board meeting papers and agendas, assisting with internal HR admin processes, coordinate IT support, marketing duties and general associated administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven successful experience of the above duties. You will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will communicate with clients on a daily basis.
