A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a recently qualified ACA or CIMA trained accountant to assume a high-profile position within the FP&A function of a leading property group. Reporting into a dynamic Head of FP&A, this newly created role will see the successful candidate partner with the Asset Management team and own the portfolio model. Offering unrivalled exposure to the SLT, this is a fantastic steppingstone for an ambitious individual within a progressive organisation.

• With such a commercial, business-focused remit, candidates must be excellent communicators and able to demonstrate genuine influencing skills.
• Regardless of qualification, candidates will have gained some exposure to the Real Estate/Property industry in their career to date.
• If CIMA trained, they will likely have gained some FP&A and/or commercial exposure in previous roles.
• If ACA qualified, they will most likely have developed skills outside of audit - either having trained in a TS/Corporate Finance function or having been seconded there.
• Candidates will have excellent Excel skills and be keen to further their ability.
