We’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner role for a rapidly growing PE-backed manufacturer in Basingstoke. £65,000 + hybrid working.

The role supports the FC & CFO and is responsible for the timely month end accounting and management information across an international manufacturing group.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Drive business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and management information presentation.
  • Analyse sales, gross margin, profitability.
  • Provide decision support through analysis and insight.
  • Deliver meaningful variance analysis for performance understanding.
  • Develop operational and financial KPIs and challenge business performance against them.
  • Partner with budget holders to manage financial risk effectively.
  • Develop commercial models and reports to enhance business intelligence.
  • Assist senior team, Financial Controller, CEO, and CFO on adhoc projects.
  • Partner in ERP deployments and changes, including operational process mapping.
  • Provide assistance in Statutory financial Audits.

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Finalist or Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Worked within SMEs
