Finance Business Partner

Partner Financial are working with an international, FTSE 100 consumer business based in West London. The business continues to grow and has developed a global footprint due to their strong product and customer service offering.

This role has been created to support the driving of key management decisions across the organisation to ensure that financial impact is included in the commercial decision-making process.

This position would suit a self-starter who can challenge the status-quo and be a part of a best-in class finance department within an organisation that champions professional development.

Key responsibilities:

• Business partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation, challenging where appropriate
• Supporting with the development of monthly forecasting and the annual finance and business plan
• Establish a strong financial understanding across both the commercial and revenue focused functions, as well as the cost centres across the globe
• Drive financial acumen, investment activity and a strong budgetary and planning cycle
• Owning the financial element of large and complex business plans, which will include both short term and long-term contracts
• Supporting business case approvals and project tracking
• Developing the group cashflow forecasting process to support reliable currency exposure identification

The ideal candidate will be:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA)
• Highly analytical individual, with the ability to identify trends and insights to influence the business
• Working experience within a similar industry will be advantageous
• Strong communicator both written and verbally
• An inquisitive and organised mindset. with the ability to work to work on multiple pieces of work, with conflicting deadlines
• Comfortable in relating complex financial strategies to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise own deliverables under time pressure
