Finance Business Partner

Based in beautiful Bedfordshire (accessible from south Cambridge, Milton Keynes, and Northampton, they're on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. And guess what? It's a permanent position with benefits like private health, life insurance, and a pension plan.

The business deal with high-value, low-volume products with some pretty long lead times, which makes sales fairly complex. As a Finance Business Partner, you will drive sales initiatives.

You'll report to the Deputy Head of Finance and work hand-in-hand with the Senior Finance Manager. You will manage pricing, billing, and all things finance-related, managing one member of staff. You will also work closely with the Sales and Operations teams, as well as external finance individuals and customers. 

You'll be the go-to for finance companies and brokers, helping customers fund their purchases while keeping everyone in the loop on performance compared to budgets and forecasts. 

But wait, there's more! You'll also lend a hand to the Senior Finance Manager with management accounting and group reporting, ensuring everything's shipshape. You can also produce cash flow forecasts.

You will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA/ACA), or Qualified by Experience, with considerable experience in a commercial finance role, being about to bring about insightful analysis. You can also put your communication skills to use, partnering with colleagues and senior stakeholders. Solid business partnering experience is a must for this exciting position.
