Your role as Finance Business Partner

As Finance Business Partner you shall provide ongoing support to the CFO, Finance Director, and Heads of Departments in a commercially focused role. Taking responsibility for the budget and forecasting process across several departments in the business, you shall also assist in aspects of refinancing, aiding in information gathering, analysis and consolidation. Delivering complex MI to stakeholders, you shall be a line of commercial support across varying areas of the business.

Main role duties:

o Produce monthly MI packs & drive follow up meetings with directors across various areas of the business.
o Send monthly P&Ls & organise meetings with support areas of the business.
o Review detailed KPIs to identify trends and future pipeline issues, working with stakeholders to identify corrective action before any financial impact is evident.
o Business Partnering with stakeholders, providing ad hoc analysis and reporting to aid with case, financial and capacity management.
o Provide detailed commentary and recommendations where required to support key business decisions.
o Be proactive, constantly looking for ways to help stakeholders in running their departments effectively.
o Ensure all reporting deadlines are met, providing adequate detail ahead of time.
o Annual budget preparation
o Quarterly reforecasts
o Weekly financial and KPI reporting

Experience & Qualifications Required to apply:

To be considered for this role you shall have experience in a fast paced environment, and in a similar role. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or finalist, you shall be proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong eye for detail and accuracy. A strong communicator who works well within a team, you shall also have had experience of stakeholders engagement.
