Finance Business Partner

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in North Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:

£60,000 - £70,000 plus excellent bonus, pension and hybrid remote working

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support Senior Managers to make accurate and informed financial decisions
• Direct the Finance Pricing process, providing analysis and judgement on current and future pricing
• Analyse pricing outputs to calculate a Return on Assets for the monthly Pricing Policy Committee
• Comparing priced values against results and forecasts to find key variances for the Committee
• Provide accurate cost updates for the quarterly Pricing process
• Analyse financial performance against plan, connecting variances and providing reasoning to management
• Assist with the quarterly planning process by providing commercial and accounting expertise
• Own, improve and providing guidance on robust financial modelling and scenario planning, using financial data to accelerate delivery of the business strategy

Person specification:

• Qualified with a minimum 2 years PQE
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a passion for problem solving and financial modelling
• Self-motivated, proactive and innovative, with the ability to work autonomously towards tight deadlines and prioritise workloads, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising accuracy
• Have the ability to build enduring relationships across all levels and departments of a business
• You will have excellent attention to detail and the drive to continually evolve and improve processes and outputs
• Advance level Excel
